Automotive: Test drove the 1st gen

And it suffered from the usual rock hard chassis setup that plagues most Beemer. Supposedly it improved with later gens. About 20yrs ago we had a bunch of riders in the same team, one guy used to commute on a 999, my buddy a 748S and I had a 91 900ss and a 1100 Sport Corsa in the stable at that time, memories! Safe riding!

Wonderful shades of blue and purple depending on the light. I love blue and thought this may end up being my first reverso, then the red came out and I was even more smitten. On the positive side I didnt spend a penny! ;-)
