Audemars Piguet: I remember these watches.

But I don’t remember the details on the process. Can you share? Was it done aftermarket (I think yes). Has the process been used commercially for other watches at this point? If not, why not as it seemed like it addresses a major complaint for traditional PVD. Many thanks Anthony.

Independents: I’ve had the skeleton on my wrist, without the plastic, and it’s not something that captured my attention really.

My only real comparison is the AP, and it’s been some time since I had one of those on my wrist (pre hype, when they were reasonably accessible, for an RO skeleton). The PF didn’t seem to ignite the same feeling.

Bulgari: Thanks Robert, across the line there’s lots to like.

Although for my wrist I need to steer away from the 42mm.

Officine Panerai: I’ve said this before.

It’d be interesting to see who still owns their 360 and who sold it. You will recall several were flipped very quickly as the resale was pretty significant (5-6x initially).

Officine Panerai: Naomi Campbell, that’s an a novel analogy ! 😂

The faux lume was indeed a new thing at the time but it subsequently became a feature on other watches. This was merely the first as you know. So when you look at the catalogue today it doesn’t look out of place to me. For me I don’t think the origin of the design is a relevant argument against it b

Horological Meandering: Haha, yes Kev, time for you to fill that extra slot for him ! LOL

He needs some colour, too many black dials in there.
